At a Silent Disco, the DJ plays music, but there are no vibrating speakers anywhere. Everybody listens ‘in silence’ via a wireless headset to the music played by a live DJ.
And as there is no amplified music allowed on the canals of Amsterdam since 2017 this is a perfect way to enjoy dancing though the canals without disturbing the locals. We call it Silent Disco Cruises.
